Payments Terms: After completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within 5 working days from the date of receipt of invoice. Entry can be refused to the delegates who have not paid their invoice in full in prior to the conference. A credit card guarantee is required if the payment has not been made in prior to the conference.

 

Cancellation and refund Policy: There is a 50% liability on all bookings once made by email or fax or by post.  There is no refund on the cancellations which are made 30 days in prior to the conference and a full payment of the conference fee is required.  In the event of not able to attend, you can make a substitution but a written confirmation is required and you can make these changes till the 24 hours in prior to the starting date of the conference. Substitution/s must be from the same company.

 

Alteration terms: KP-Morgan(KPM) Events reserves the right to alter the conference content, timing, speakers or venue without a prior notice.  The event can be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen events beyond the control of KP-Morgan. Force Majeure: meaning any circumstances beyond the control of KP-Morgan Group Events, including without limitations to any ACT of GOD, government restrain, fire, tempest, strike, lock-out(other than by KP-Morgan Events own employees or agents), war or act of terrorism. We strongly advise all our conference attendees to take out travel insurance. 

Conference fee and services: Conference fee refers to the registration fee and the fee to participate in the conference. The conference fee includes refreshments during the conference, lunches and conference material of the event. This fee does not include the travel, hotel, accommodation, transfers or insurance.

Data storage: We may store and process your information for administrative purposes, to contact you and to better understand you needs and how we can improve our products and services.

This Web Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. KP-Morgan Group and the Third Party Providers may make improvements and/or changes in the products, services, programs, and prices described in this Web Site at any time without notice. KP-Morgan Group may periodically make changes to the Web Site. These terms represent the entire understanding relating to the use of the Web Site and prevail over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional, communications.
